Helen has worked in the field of Human Resource management for over 30 years across the NHS, private and third sectors. She has worked at senior levels since 1998 and as an independent HR Consultant since 2009.

 

Helen joins Greystone Legal to lead on HR for healthcare sector clients, and brings over 25 years’ experience of working with primary care NHS providers, and more recently with GP Federations and Primary Care Networks (incorporated and non-incorporated).

 

Helen delivers practical people management advice, and has extensive experience of dealing with complex employee relations matters, investigations, employment contract and policy and procedure development, business restructures and transfers.
