ACAS guidance on overtime

Overtime can become a confusing issue, particularly when considered against a normal days pay for the purposes of calculating holiday pay. We have previously covered this topic in our October 2017 seminar.

ACAS have updated their guidance on overtime.

This provides guidance on the different types of overtime, whether this must be worked by the employee, the time limits on overtime and how overtime should be considered when calculating holiday pay.
